Desert survival: finding water
The Bedouin in the UAE struggled to keep alive in the desert in the
past. The wells were the source of water and inspire Bedouin directions in the
desert. Bedu knows the places of wells and how to dig and it's about 3-10
meters. Names of wells related to who dug it. Bedu might kill a camel to get
the water that camel stores if they had no water. Camels also gave milk which
could replace the water and their skin could also be used to store water. Bedu
got used to the difficult life in the desert, so can live without water for
longer.
